M. Bixel is the chief executive officer of Semple Bixel Associates, Inc. The firm, founded in 1976, specializes in
developing and implementing fundraising strategies for mid-size secular and faith based not-for-profits in the fields of education,
social services, healthcare and the arts. Following several years in education, Ms. Bixel became a consultant with Semple
Bixel in 2001. Ms. Bixel has partnered with numerous non-profit organizations, directing and guiding them towards reaching
multi-million dollar goals and assisting them in strengthening their missions, while establishing and realizing their visions.

founded Semple Bixel Associates, Inc. in 1976 and retired as partner in 2000. David Bixel joined the firm in 1992 and became
president at the end of 2000. Today, Victoria Bixel, President and her staff are honored to work with non-profit organizations
