June, 2004: Semple Bixel Associates (SBA) working closely with Coldwell Banker (CB) on a unique project for a 100 home sponsorship for Habitat for Humanity in commemoration of the company's 100th anniversary in 2006.

SBA is serving as the link between CB Headquarters and CB affiliate offices across the country. As a franchise organization, CB employees have risen to the challenge of this unique effort. With help from SBA and with the support of their headquarter office, local affiliates are stepping up to fulfill the company’s anniversary pledge of 100 homes across the nation. SBA and Coldwell met with Habitat for Humanity International in Americas, GA to determine that the first home will be built in Greenville County, South Carolina
