Diane
Ohland joined Semple Bixel Associates in 1998. A creative, self-motivated individual,
Diane's talents in business management along with her sharp sales and business management insight, have proven to be an invaluable
asset to the firm.
Her experience includes assisting the president in preparing financial, budget and sales
reports, preparing and implementing business strategies, overseeing client billing procedures while maintaining appropriate
levels of confidentiality and directing internal and external communications.
For Semple Bixel, Ms. Ohland has
set up a full range of office procedures, developed and implemented methods for fundraising programs, managed meeting preparation
and productions, coordinated the preparation of sales presentations, workshop materials and marketing procedures.
She also organizes and coordinates the conduct of feasibility studies for a variety of clients including health, educational,
and social service organizations.
Prior to joining SBA, Ms. Ohland managed and supported sales staffs in the agriculture,
animal health and the agrochemical divisions of Hoffman-LaRoche, Inc.
Ms. Ohland graduated from Berkeley College
of Business and has taken other specialized course work, including workshops in fundraising and financial management.
