Amy Fink serves as a senior consultant
for Semple Bixel Associates, Inc. Amy started her career
in the not-for-profit industry more than 16 years ago.
Amy steadily advanced her career throughout Junior Achievement where she served
in various capacities. Her most notable accomplishments involved situations where she contributed to the redesign of the organization.
During her tenure with Junior Achievement of Central Indiana, Inc.,
she led the first time pilot of an experiential learning
program for elementary students; this success led to national program expansion and has impacted Junior Achievement’s
global program offerings.
Amy and her family returned
to the northeast where she later joined the staff of Junior Achievement of Philadelphia. As the President of the organization,
Amy reversed a $200,000 deficit in one year and contributed to the education of k-12 students in a five county area surrounding
Philadelphia.
As a member of the Semple Bixel team, Amy has worked
on creating and implementing development plans whose primary focus has been maximizing donor contributions toward Annual Funds
and, ultimately, to Major Gift Campaigns. Non-profit clients have experienced increases in annual fund revenue resulting from
strategic fundraising plans created with Amy. Most recently, $100,000 in additional revenue impacted an organization
that previously did not have an effective fundraising plan or strategy. Amy’s experience in non-profit management
offers our clients organizational development and strategic fundraising expertise designed specifically for each
non-profit.
Amy is a graduate of Dickinson College where she majored in Education. She possesses
secondary teacher certification in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida and Indiana. She continued her education at the Indiana
University-Perdue University Indianapolis where she began her Master’s Degree.
Amy, along with her husband and three children reside in Washington Township, NJ.
