Amy Fink serves as a consultant for Semple Bixel, Inc. Amy started her career in the not-for-profit industry more than 15 years ago where she joined the staff of Junior Achievement of South Florida, Inc. serving in the role as Program Manager.
Amy steadily advanced her career throughout Junior Achievement where she served in various capacities. Her most notable accomplishments involved situations where she contributed to the redesign of the organization. During her tenure with Junior Achievement of Central Indiana, Inc., she led the first time pilot of Exchange City, an experiential learning program for elementary students; this success led to national program expansion and has impacted Junior Achievement’s global program offerings.
Amy and her family returned to the northeast where she later joined the staff of Junior Achievement of Philadelphia. As the President of the organization, Amy reversed a $200,000 deficit in one year and contributed to the education of k-12 students in a five county area surrounding Philadelphia.
Amy is a graduate of Dickinson College where she majored in Education. She possesses secondary teacher certification in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida and Indiana. She continued her education at the Indiana University-Perdue University Indianapolis where she began her Master’s Degree.
Amy, along with her husband and three children reside in Washington Township, NJ.
