Jerome H. Enis has created and implemented successful public relations, public affairs and crisis management strategies for nonprofit clients in several fields including the performing arts; community development; museum, hospitality and healthcare industries; governmental and quasi-governmental agencies on all levels including international; and national and state professional and trade associations.
Mr. Enis is a specialist in the theory, dynamics and practical applications of communications with particular focus on the role played by public relations in a marketing strategy, he has counseled a diverse clientele in the for-profit, not-for-profit and public arenas.
Mr. Enis currently serves as public relations strategy counselor to the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, the sixth largest performing arts center in the U.S.; The Newark Museum, third largest museum education institution in the country; and New Jersey Public Television, among others.
A recipient of numerous state and national professional awards, Mr. Enis was named 2000 Public Relations Professional of the Year by the Public Relations Society of America/NJ.
Mr. Enis serves as a University of Maryland System Foundation Trustee, a member of its Chancellor's Public Affairs Advisory Council and the Journalism School’s Dean’s First Edition Club.
